What is Asthma?
Asthma is a common respiratory condition. It affects the small and medium-sized airways (also called breathing tubes or bronchi) in the lungs.
It can be prevented and controlled, but cannot be cured. When you have asthma, your airways are superconscious, Situation that leads to narrowing of the airways of the lungs. They may react to many things. People who have asthma may also cough a lot when their asthma is not under control. Anyone who has allergies or a smoking history is at risk, and you’re also more likely to get asthma if you’re obese. Symptoms include wheeze, cough and difficulty breathing. Anyone Can Get Asthma, at Any Age. Asthma is a serious disease and can kill if it is not treated the right way.

Signs and Symptoms of Asthma
All people with asthma do not have the same symptoms, the most common symptoms are:

  • Shortness of breath, chest “tightness”
  • Wheezing
  • Cold lasting more than a week or that happens during the night or after exercise
  • Continuing cough (sometimes coughing is the only symptom you will have)
  • When you have a cold, it lasts for more than 10 days and goes into your chest

Causes of Asthma
Several aspects of a person’s environment and genetic structure can present to the rise of asthma. Asthma is the most common sustained disease among children.
The following are the primary causes of asthma.

  • Allergies
  • Smoking tobacco
  • Environmental factors
  • Pregnancy
  • Obesity
  • Stress
  • Genetics
  • The menstrual cycle
  • Atopy

Asthma Triggers
Some situations and conditions may also trigger symptoms of asthma. These triggers include:

  • Illness: Respiratory illnesses such as the flu and pneumonitis can trigger asthma attacks.
  • Exercise: An increased flow may make breathing more difficult.
  • Irritants in the air: People with asthma may be sensitive to irritants such as chemical fumes, strong odors, and smoke.
  • Allergens: Animal dander, dust mites, and pollen are just a few examples of allergens that can trigger symptoms.
  • Extreme weather conditions: Conditions such as very high humidity or low temperatures may trigger asthma.
  • Emotions: Shouting, laughing, and crying may trigger an attack.

Treatment & Dosage for Asthma
Kafana Gutika is useful in common cold & cough, whooping cough, asthma, T.B., influenza, measles, and pneumonia.

ABOUT KAPHANA GUTIKA
These pills are made from Adulsa (Adhatoda vasica) 3X-2.5%; Korphad (Aloe barbadensis) 3X-2.5% and are useful in Common cold, Cough. Four pills 2 times a day with water are to be taken in the above conditions along with the same number of pills of Agom. Use of oil Kaphana is necessary. In fever with cough and cold 2 pills of Kaphana along with Shama should be taken. For persisting cough after chronic fever 2 pills should be given along with Shama from the beginning.

ABOUT KAFANA TAILARK
This tailark is made from Adulsa (Adhatoda vasica) 3X-1.25%; Korphad (Aloe barbadensis) 3X-1.25%. The content of the bottle should be emptied after shaking in 100 ml. of oil and again shake vigorously. It is necessary to use this oil along with Gutika Kaphana as it gives immediate results. In conditions like Cough, Common Cold, Cough with expect-oration this oil should be applied all over the chest, spine, and forehead. If possible, to the whole body which will relieve headache and body ache.

Kafana Gutika Oil & Pills Dosage for Asthma
4 pills of Gutik Kaphana should be taken 4 times a day with my lot of water. Oil concentrate should be applied lightly to the entire chest, ribs, back sumptuously. Oil kaphana should be used. During an attack, 2 pills each of kaphans and Agom should be given every 15 min with frequent use of Oil kaphana. In order patients, the severity of the attacks can be reduced while in children Asthma can be cured
